A starter session is where I recommend EVERYONE should begin. It's an intense 2-2.25 hour session between Carlene and the client. A complete body analysis is done, measurements, and goals profile is completed. The clients BMR/TDEE is broken down into an appropriate macronutrient ratio and nutritional program to meet the clients goals. It's a very intense & personalized "educational" session geared to help you better understand your body's nutritional needs as it relates to your goals. You leave with a packet of information that includes a sample eating plan and workout program. A custom eating plan is emailed to you fitting your specific breakdown.
Personal Training is a session between Carlene and the Client only. These can take place in the client's home, or one of Carlene's gyms. Sessions will include a personal assessment and an intense workout. Pricing is a based on an hourly or package rate.**Package rates must be paid in full, at the start of the package. Partial payment qualifies as an "HOURLY rate.
$60 per session or prepay $600 for package of 12.
Monthly Challenge group coaching is a monthly program with interaction between Carlene and Challengers via a (private) Facebook Group page and email. You can choose between a Diet Only option or Diet + Workouts. You will receive 1 new diet per week for $35 per month or add the monthly workout for an additional $15. Monthly Personal Coaching is coaching that takes place in person, for nutritional planning, personalized work out plans and progress checks. In-person would include an initial meeting (about 1.25-1.5 hours) and one additional hour long meeting (usually bi-weekly) where diet and workout modifications will be made. Subsequent months are for two (bi-weekly) meetings for compliance review, body comp, and program adjustments. Program fees are due in full, in advance, at the start of our new month together. **No refunds will be given for partially completed programs or client non-compliance. $200 first month, $150 subsequent, consecutive months
Distance coaching takes place via the phone and internet. I will email you a very detailed questionnaire where I will get to know you and understand your goals. I will design a program based on your goals and will send you a diet, training plan and supplement recommendations. Weekly check-ins are expected on your "check-in" date, with photo updates twice a month. Program changes are bi-weekly.First month includes initial program, one bi-weekly change, and all monthly correspondence. Subsequent months include two bi-weekly program adjustments and all monthly correspondence. Program fees are due in full, in advance, at the start of our new month together. **No refunds will be given for partially completed programs or client non-compliance. $150 first month, $125 subsequent consecutive months.
Contest Prep is a coaching/preparation program that takes place in person or via e-mail and phone for nutritional planning, personalized work out plans and weekly progress checks, but also includes an all inclusive prep guide, posing coaching, personalized show planning calendar, posing classes and is basically a complete "hand holding" through the entire contest preparation from start to stepping off the stage. I make sure you have everything you need and you will be completely prepared to take the stage with confidence! I also include a post-show "step down" or "maintenance" plan. Program fees are due in full, in advance, at the start of our new month together. **No refunds will be given for partially completed programs or client non-compliance.
In person: $300 first month, $250 subsequent months. Distance: $250 first month, $200 subsequent months
Figure & Bikini posing sessions are taught and rehearsed for $60 (for first hour) and $50 any subsequent hours scheduled . This includes a Figure Posing Guide. Video of your session is also included if desired.
